Punchout failed: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known

Cause

The punchout URL is incorrect; even the domain does not exist.

Te reproduce, click on the punchout supplier link and receive the getaddrinfo error in Coupa.

Solution

Before you reach out to the supplier, double check the supplier’s punchout setting in Coupa.
- Make sure the URL is what the supplier provided.
  
  Note
  
  The URL is case sensitive.
- Make sure the URL does not have spaces.
If the URL is correct, inform the supplier and ask for the correct full punchout URL.
