Coupa Supplier Portal

The Coupa Supplier Portal offers suppliers an easy way to receive purchase orders from their Coupa-based customers.

Introduction

The Coupa Supplier Portal is a no-cost tool for suppliers that makes working with Coupa a snap. The CSP lets you

  • Manage your company information
  • Configure your company PO transmission preferences for each customer
  • Create online catalogs for each customer
  • View PO's from all your connected customers who use Coupa
  • Create invoices directly in Coupa

Getting set up on the CSP is really easy—just ask your customer for an invitation and provide them with the email address you’ll use to sign into the portal. Once you accept the invitation and register on the CSP, you’ll be automatically connected to your customer.

If you're already on the CSP with another Coupa customer, just them the email address you use on the CSP and they'll do the rest.
