Supplier Payment Request
The supplier user will click on the Menu icon to expand the system menu. Click on My Workspace to expand the module and select Project List to display a list of all projects the supplier user has access to.
The supplier user will select the Project# (Number) to take action on.
The supplier use will select Task Order(s) from the project Action List.
The supplier user will select the desired Task Order# (number) to view.
The supplier user will click on the desired Work Package# (Number) in the Task Order Status Details area to see all line items available to request payment for.
The supplier user will click on the blue check mark to request payment .
Clicking on Select Option will allow the supplier user to View Assigned Charge# (Number), View Payment History, and/or View Comments.
On the pop-up screen, the supplier user will enter the dollar amount for the payment request and click on Request Payment to send the request.
