Edit User Type
The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.
- Navigate to Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
- Enter desired search parameter(s). Change Status to All.
- Click Search.
- Click the name of the user you want to edit.
- On the user's profile page, in the Action List, click Edit User Type.
- Select Client, MSP, and Role to update.
- Click the plus (+) to add the client/msp/role combination to the user’s profile.
- Click Submit to update the user’s profile.
