View Service Sheet Lines

View information about individual service sheet lines

Navigate to Service Sheets > Service Sheet Lines in the CSP to see information on the specific lines for each service sheet you've submitted.

From the Select Customer menu in the top-right area above the table, select the customer whose service sheet lines you want to see.

Note

The next time you visit this page, the Select Customer menu defaults to the customer you selected on your previous visit.

The Service Sheet Lines table shows the following information for all the service sheet lines:

Column Description
Service Sheet The Service Sheet number generated by Coupa. Click it to see the Service Sheet.
Service Line  Service Sheet line number.
Purchase Order The Purchase Order (PO) associated with the service sheet line. Click the PO number to see the full PO.
Description Brief information about the service provided.
Assignment Number The assignment number associated with the service sheet line, or None.
Worker Name The worker associated with the service sheet line, or None.
Rate Name The rate associated with the service sheet line, or None.
Price The price, per Unit of measure (UOM), assigned to the service sheet line.
Quantity How many of a particular item were used in the service.
Unit of Measure UOM associated with the quantity, when applicable.
Detail Line Total Total monetary amount assigned to the service sheet line.
Currency Currency associated with the total line amount.
Status The status of the service sheet line. Can be Draft, Pending Approval, Approved.

Click the Advanced Search icon to filter the list of service sheet lines based on the following fields, among others:

  • Is rework
  • Remaining rework amount/quantity
  • Status
  • Completion date - filter for lines that were completed on a specific date or time period.
  • Rate - filter for lines that match a specific rate code, name, currency, source, or type.
  • Week Start (or End) Date - filter for lines that were started (or finished) on a specific date or time period.

You can filter the table by columns, use the search bar to filter with a search term, or click on the Views menu to perform advanced filtering. For more information, see Create Custom Views.

When you click a service sheet number to view specific lines, you can see the customer's notes, for example, about what work was accepted, what needs additional rework, and if any work was discarded, with Submitted QtyAction, and Notes to Supplier clearly shown.
