The Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) is part of Coupa's Open Business Network.
When you use Coupa's products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Coupa's Cookie Policy
Read Coupa's Open Business Network Terms of Use
You can review the Terms of Use in the following areas of the CSP:
- When registering for the CSP
- When signing the Terms of Use for the first time or when signing an updated Terms of Use.
- Any time from the bottom menu of the CSP, as shown in the screenshot below:
- Any time on the Coupa Open Business Network Terms of Use page

Manage your Data Privacy in the CSP
Clear and up to date information is critical to maintaining a relationship with your buyers. By opting to share your business profile, Coupa will share basic company information from your profile and user contact information with your buyers, to ensure clear communication.

You can update your publishing preferences any time following these steps:
- Log in to the CSP.
- Select the Business Profile tab.
- Select the Manage Data Privacy option on the right side of the window.
The window will present your options to share or not your information with buyers. - Mark the option of your choosing.
- Select the Save button on the bottom right of the window.
