Users can reset their own password by editing their profile. Or by using the Forgot Password link when signed out of CCW.
MSP, Client, Supplier, and/or CW Users with the appropriate permissions can reset the password for another user:
- Navigate to Menu > Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
- Enter desired search parameter(s).
- Change Status to All .
- Click Search .
- Click the Name of the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click Reset Password in the Action List.
- Click Confirm in the Confirmation Dialog.
