Reset User Password

Users can reset their own password in Coupa Contingent Workforce (CCW) by: 

Or

  • using the Forgot Password link when signed out.

MSP, Client, Supplier, and/or CW Users with the appropriate permissions can reset the password for another user, following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Menu > Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
  2. Enter desired search parameter(s).
  3. Change Status to All .
  4. Click Search .
  5. Click the Name of the user whose password you want to reset.
  6. Click Reset Password in the Action List.
  7. Click Confirm in the confirmation dialog window.
