Resend Activation Email

The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.

  • Navigate to Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
  • Enter desired search parameter(s). In the Status field, select All or Registration Email Sent.
  • Click Search.
  • Click the Name of the user who should get the activation link.
  • On the user's profile page, in the Action List, select Resend Activation Email.
