Edit User Status

Edit User Status

The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.

  • Navigate to Menu > Administration > MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
  • Enter desired search parameter(s).
  • Change Status to All .
  • Click Search .
  • Click the Name of the user whose status you want to edit.
  • Click Edit Status in the Action List.
  • Select the desired Status.
Note

If you are changing the status to Active, select the check box next to Send activation link so the user can activate their account.

  • Click Submit.
