Supplier Insurance

The Supplier is responsible for making sure their agency meets the insurance requirements that are stated in their contract.

  • Navigate to Menu  ➔ Supplier Relationship Management  ➔ Supplier Lookup supplier lookup.png
    • If you are an MSP user, you will first need to search for the supplier organization using the search Supplier Lookup feature. Supplier users will skip the next two steps.
    • Click the Search button.
    • Locate the Supplier you wish to edit information for and click their Company Name. action list.png
  • Click on Add Insurance from the Action List.

  • Select Insurance Type from the drop-down list.
  • Indicated Insurance Amount .
  • Select the Expiry Date of the insurance by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the correct date.
  • Upload Insurance Certificate by clicking on blue folder icon and navigating to saved file.
  • Click Submit .
