Edit User Status
The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.

Navigate to
Menu ➔
Administration ➔
MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management
- Enter desired search parameter(s).
- Change Status to All .

Click
Search
.

Select desired
Name
to edit user’s status.

Select
Edit Status
from the Action List.

Select desired
Status
.
- Head’s Up! If you are changing the status to Active, be sure to click the check box next to Send Activation Link so the user can activate their account.
- Click Submit .
