Edit User Status

The following steps are used for MSP Users, Client Users, Supplier Users and/or CW Users.

  • Navigate to Menu ➔ Administration ➔ MSP/Client/Supplier/CW User Management

  • Enter desired search parameter(s).
  • Change Status to All .
  • Click Search .

  • Select desired Name to edit user’s status.

  • Select Edit Status from the Action List.
  • Select desired Status .
    • Head’s Up! If you are changing the status to Active, be sure to click the check box next to Send Activation Link so the user can activate their account.
  • Click Submit .
