Access All Contracts
Access and manage their contracts with Coupa customers from a single, centralized location.
This is draft content subject to change until Release Notes v2.
View and manage all of the contracts your Coupa customers share with you directly within the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). The Contracts tab provides a centralized location to track the status of all your agreements with Coupa customers and access legal documents.
View your contracts
To view your contracts, do the following:
- Log in to the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
- Navigate to the Contracts tab. You might find this tab under the More menu, depending on your portal configuration.
The Contracts page displays a table listing the contracts your Coupa customers share with you. You can see key information for each contract, including:
- Contract Name: The name of the contract.
- Start Date and Expiration Date: The contract's start and expiration dates, if these dates are explicitly defined in the agreement view.
- Status: The current state of the contract. You may see the following statuses:
- In Negotiation
- Pending Approval
- Approved
- Pending Signature
- Completed
- Published
- Expired
- Inactive
- Actions:
- View agreement: Select this icon to open the detailed agreement view. Here, you can review the document, see associated fields and clauses, exchange messages, and view attachments. This option is only available when your customer drafts the legal agreement in their Collaboration portal.
- Download legal agreement: Select this icon to download the latest version of the main legal agreement document associated with the contract. For published and signed contracts, this is the executed copy.
The Hierarchy and Parent Contract Name also display if any of your contracts is part of a larger agreement structure (like an amendment), these columns show its place in the hierarchy. You can add these columns to the data table through custom views.
From the Contracts data table, you can search for specific contracts, create custom views, and export the contracts list in CSV format.
Advanced suppliers
If you are an Advanced Supplier, you have additional capabilities:
- You can view contracts from all of your customers at once by selecting the All (Offered by Advanced) view from the customer dropdown menu.
- An additional Counterparty column in the data table shows the name of the buyer for each contract, providing clarity when you work with multiple customers.
Contract permissions
Your ability to view contracts depends on the permissions granted by your company's CSP administrator:
- With the Contracts > View permission, you view and manage the Legal Agreement only for contracts you collaborate on. For contracts not authored through the collaboration portal, you can download all contracts.
- With the Contracts > Manage permission, you can view the agreement for all contracts.
