Direct debit support

This table shows the supported currencies for your Company Financial Accounts (CFA) configured to use the Direct Debit payment model. The supported currencies are based on the country or region where the CFA is held.

Push funds support

This table shows the supported currencies for your Company Financial Accounts (CFA) configured to use the Push Funds payment model. The supported currencies are based on the country or region where the CFA is held.

Reverse wire payments are supported via TransferMate with the following combinations of country and currency.

Supported pay-from and pay-to countries and currencies

Pay-to support depends on whether you use TransferMate or Direct Bank Integration (DBI) to send payments. For DBI, the supported country/currency combinations depend on what the bank supports and Coupa's connection to that bank. Supported use cases are covered during the scoping process. If new use cases arise, contact your Coupa representative to verify that any new country/currency combinations are also supported.

For TransferMate, payout support includes over 180 country/currency combinations. The supported combinations depend on TransferMate's capabilities and Coupa's integration with TransferMate. Like with DBI, supported use cases are covered during the scoping process. Your Coupa representative should be able to verify support for any new use cases which might arise.
