Additional information about renewing your SSL certificates
- This change does not impact users using internet browsers.
- Check with your Information Technology (IT) team to verify if any particular application or software used to connect to Coupa requires importing the new certificates (SSL, root, and intermediate).
- If you maintain your own keystore for leaf, intermediate, or root certificates, and your system allows you to import the certificates in advance, please download and install them using the links above.
- If your system does not allow multiple certificates, please wait until the new certificates are updated from the Coupa side and then add it to your end accordingly.
